The South Devons took Reserve Championship in the Burke Trophy, Best Pair of Beef Animals, at the Royal Three Counties Show! Society President, Mr Robert Shinner selected the pair to go into the Competition from an excellent line-up of South Devons, and was there to receive the award with the winning animals – Mells Park Bertie shown by Johnny Ward, and Trevassack Mayflower 259 shown by A & C Farms.
